Absolutely love! Ordered a second

"Absolutely love! Ordered a second pair the very same day they were delivered."

Best Training Shoe for Bunyons

"If you are looking for a shoe with lots of support in your arch, this is not the shoe for you. This shoe does not have a ton of support on the bottom because it is more natural and barefoot feeling, but it is not so barefoot that you fill every single rock underneath your foot. With that being said, I have bunions and I have been working really hard to correct them. It is very difficult to find a pair of training shoes that allows my feet to be in them in their natural position. These shoes are amazing because my toes are not scrunched together, which is important for people with bunions and they are sturdy around the ankle, they are breathable, and they work well for short distance, running jump, roping box jumps, and weightlifting. If you are new to the barefoot concept, I highly recommend wearing these shoes for an hour or two and continually building up your tolerance to wearing them each week before you start training in them. There will be an adjustment. For your hips, your knees and your ankles to getting used to not having all of the extra cushion and support that other trainers and shoes typically provide."

Finally a shoe wide enough for my feet

"I’ve always had a wide feet and they’ve gotten wider as I’ve gotten older. The last couple of years my right foot would fall sleep during metcons so I had to accept the fact that I could no longer wear Nike metcons or even Reebok nanos. I tried a bunch of different brands that were specially made for wide feet but they either didn’t offer enough support or they were still too narrow. My coach recommended I try the wide TYRs and I am so happy I did! My feet fit comfortably and with enough support to get through any CrossFit workout. Thank you for making a shoe that actually has a wide enough toe box with ample support for training."

Wonderful Shoe

"I have been looking for a shoe for CrossFit. Finally decided on TYR CXT-2 trainers after much research. They are amazingly comfortable and give me the needed support that my other shoe did not. I was unsure of sizing, but ended up doing the AI scan sizer on the website and it was frighteningly accurate! Shoe fits and is comfortable! My only complaint (this is a first world problem here 😆) is that the wide sizes only come in black and white. I would have loved a colored trainer, but decided to use the suggested sizing. If ever, colors come out in wide, I’ll have to save up for a second pair."

Women’s CXT-2 trainers - wide

"I would definitely purchase these shoes again. Very roomy and enough toe space."

CXT-2 Wide

"I sadly had to return because I ordered my usual size in wide shoes, and need to size up another half size for my toes. Overall, the shoe itself seems great. Comfortable, love the wide width, seem great for days when there is both weightlifting and functional movements in the workout. The only reason I took a star off is because I was disappointed that there is a shipping cost when purchasing, and I had to pay shipping again when returning. Just seems like at least one way would be included when paying a good amount of money for shoes. I will likely still reorder since I’ve had a hard time finding a shoe that fits all my needs, just frustrating when you don’t always get it right the first time when trying a new brand."

Narrow Toe Box

"I had to go up half a size because even the Wide is too narrow in the toe box. Overall, it is a well-made shoe and the ""lock in"" around the heel is excellent. Widen the toe box and it'll get 5 stars."
