TYR Gift Cards
How do TYR gift cards work?
TYR e-gift cards are delivered instantly via email and include a unique redemption code. They can be used to purchase any product on TYR.com (excluding the purchase of another gift card). If your order total is less than your gift card balance, the remaining amount stays on the card for use on a future purchase.
Can I purchase a TYR e-gift card?
Yes. E-gift cards can be purchased directly on TYR.com in a range of denominations. Cards are delivered by email shortly after purchase.
Where can I find my TYR e-gift card?
E-gift cards are sent to the email address associated with your order. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders if you don't see it. If you need help locating it, the sender is customerservice@tyr.com.
Do TYR gift cards expire?
No. Your TYR e-gift card never expires, so you can use it whenever you're ready.
Can I send a gift card to someone else as a gift?
Gift card codes are sent to the purchaser's email. To give it to someone else, simply forward or print the email and share the redemption code with them.
Can I use my gift card with another payment method?
Yes. If your order total is more than your gift card balance, you can pay the remaining balance with any accepted payment method.
Can I use an e-gift card in-store?
TYR e-gift cards are only available for use on TYR.com and cannot be redeemed in-store.
Do you offer physical gift cards?
No, TYR currently only offers e-gift cards, available exclusively on TYR.com.
Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged?
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
I forgot to use my gift card, but I already placed my order. Can I add it now?
We're unable to add a gift card balance or modify payment information on an order once it's been placed. Since gift cards never expire, you're welcome to use the balance on a future order.
