What is TYR+?
TYR+ is a free progression-based loyalty program built around commitment, performance, and access. It mirrors the athlete journey - Train. Compete. Win. Progression is earned over time through engagement and spend.
How do I join TYR+?
Create an account or sign in to your existing account and opt into TYR+. You'll start earning points immediately with your first purchase.
How do I get my benefits/rewards?
You earn points primarily through qualifying purchases. Upon sign up there will be opportunities to earn bonus points. Additional actions that reflect commitment and engagement may also earn points.
Will my past purchases count towards my rewards?
All purchases made starting March 4th at 1pm EST, 2026 will count towards your tier status. Purchases made prior to March 4th 2026 will not apply.
How do I redeem rewards points?
Rewards can be redeemed at checkout, you must be logged in to your account. Select the reward you’d like to apply, and the points will be automatically deducted from your total. Rewards are not redeemable on CXT-3 Trainers.
When do my points expire?
If unused, rewards points will expire one year from the date earned.
Can I combine rewards with other discounts or promo codes?
Points rewards can be combined with sale items but cannot be combined with promotional codes or other discounts. Only one offer may be applied per order, either a reward or a promo code.
Will I still receive reward points if I return my order?
Points are not awarded for items that are returned. If you return a product after points have already been added to your account, those points will be deducted.
How do I refer a friend?
Visit the refer a friend section in your account to copy your link to send to your friends *new customers only! When they make a qualifying purchase, you and your friend will receive points after the 30 day pending period. You can refer new qualifying customers as many times as you like.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at customerservice@tyr.comto help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
