Valkyrie Speedworks

The Valkyrie Speedworks is TYR's fast-training daily runner — built for athletes who want race-day responsiveness in a shoe they can run in every day. The LaunchPX Midsole is constructed from 100% Pebax® supercritical foam, delivering maximum energy return and responsive cushioning through every stride. The Nylon PowerPlate runs the full length of the shoe, providing responsive energy return and smoother stride transitions without the stiffness of a full carbon plate — making the Speedworks the ideal choice for tempo runs, long-distance training, and high-mileage weeks. The Alphaweave Upper is engineered for breathability, reducing foot heat buildup and delivering a lightweight, adaptive fit over distance.
