"I have always did my speed work, tempo runs, and my long runs in Saucony speed, And Saucony Pro Running shoes. I would definitely compare these shoes to them. I had never heard of these shoes before but after seeing the reviews on them I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did They are light on my feet, They have a nice speed roll to them, perfect amount of cushion for any type of hard-core Training. I definitely I Recommend you trying these shoes out !!!"
