Liked the shoe, customer service is lacking

"I bought them when they were on sale for $100 and needed to exchange them for a larger size (they run atleast 1-2 sizes small). Customer service told me that I could only return them, not exchange them, and couldn’t get the same price. She did say I could get the current discount and pay $60 more than the first purchase. I just returned them and went with Nike. You would think a smaller company would want to compete with the larger companies and one way to do that would be through customer service. Guess not."

"I’ve tried several lifters over the past decade plus, and I think these might become my favorites. They are stable, fit true to size, and roomy in the toe box. The only drawback is extra rubber protection on the top of the toe box does take a little time to break in. All around I’m happy with my choice."
