The Women's SR-1 Tempo Runner is TYR's everyday running shoe — a lightweight, versatile trainer built for athletes who run, train, and move across disciplines. At its core is Surge NRG+ foam, a responsive midsole compound that delivers cushioning and energy return through every stride without adding weight. The breathable airflow upper keeps feet cool during high-output sessions, while the flexible sole allows natural foot movement and smooth heel-to-toe transitions.
