Great for most activities

"These shoes were purchased as a gift for me and are fantastic for pretty much everything except rope climbing. The inside of the sole on my right shoe started ripping the first time I tried climbing rope in these for my Crossfit class. Very disappointing. Have loved them otherwise."

— Thomas (4/5)

"These shoes have a nice wide toe box and just the right amount of flexibility from midsole to toes. My toes can splay and I can feel the ground. The midsole offers just enough cushion so that my sensitive feet don’t hurt as they do in barefoot shoes. Also, the heel has just the right amount of rigidity to offer support for ankles. My favorite shoes, especially this color combo!"

— Nicole (5/5)

Better than the 2!

"I had the CXT2 carbon trainer first. They were good, but this one is absolutely better. They fixed the upper that couldn’t be cleaned, the sizing is spot on and they look great!"

— Daniel W. (5/5)

Cxt-3

"Nice all around CrossFit shoe. I had a pair of cxt-2 for a long time and loved it. The cxt-3 is just as confortable and easy to work with. It’s good for runs up to 800m, supporting Olympic lifts and plying work like box jumps and agility training. They do feel a bit wider than the cxt-2 thoguh"

— Javier R. (5/5)

Alright shoe

"The cxt-3 laces do not stay tied, Buying some laces off Amazon that will. not very comfortable for running during CrossFit wods wouldn’t recommend using during workouts that have more than 200m runs in them. They’ve been good for box jumps and DB,KB, and barbell work. I like that they are not as clunky as the cxt-2s just wish they had the cxt-2 laces"
