"Got a pair of tyr cxt2 elites for christmas, its now May and the shoes have began ripping. Customer Service was contacted and was informed this was not a manufacturing issue. So much for a 1 year warranty. Customer Service is poor to say the least. Also be aware of a $10 restocking fee if you exchange items. Would not recommend purchasing from this company."
