These are the only earplugs that work. Not a drop of water will penetrate them.

I warm them up in the sauna and mold them to my ear canal.

Best earplug for open water swimming

In open water, keeping the cold water out of my ears is essential to prevent a headache from the cold and dizzyness. I have tried many different types and found that the soft, moldable plugs from Tyr suit me the best.

These last a long time and are pretty good at keeping water out.

Giant plugs block out every drop.

These are the plugs to buy. The blue silicone are not big enough to block entire ear canal. I suggest warming them up in the sauna before insertion.

    Like them

They are soft and pliable. They help keep water out. The case is a nice way to store and carry them in my swim bag.
