    Disappointing delivery service

I wouldn' know. i ordered it almost a month ago and didn' receive it yet. and i haven' received any information, notification or explanation of the delivery delay.

This is very disappointing. I am not sure i would buy again or recommend others, if this is the service level provided for shipments.

You may want to look into this. While delay is understandable and acceptable for long distance shipment, the lack of information or notification is not acceptable. how can i trust Tyr or UPS for this matter if none of them is taking responsibility to the customer experience. i am sure the swimsuits will be great, but currently i had to buy one from Speedo, because the ones i bought from you did not arrive.
