Customers say these lifting shoes provide excellent stability and support for squats and heavy compound lifts. The wide toe box is frequently praised, offering comfort and allowing toes to spread naturally. Many note the elevated heel helps with form and posture during lifts. Reviewers consistently recommend sizing up a half to full size. While most find them comfortable and durable, a few mention they run small or feel stiff initially. The shoes are particularly appreciated by those with wider feet or previous discomfort in other lifting shoes.
