Description

Introducing the TYR '85 Race Jersey. A tribute to where it all started. Named for the year TYR was founded, this piece channels the relentless competitive spirit that has defined the brand for four decades — and brings it into the streets. Built from performance poly-elastane with athletic mesh splicing at the side panels, it moves with you whether you're on the course or off it. The oversized race silhouette, side-seam vents, and jacquard-woven '85 graphic make this more than a jersey — it's a statement of where TYR came from and where it's going.
Always in front.

The Story Behind the '85
TYR was founded in 1985 — the same year the brand began its pursuit of building gear trusted by the world's best athletes. The '85 Race Jersey carries that founding energy into every stitch. The number on the back isn't just a graphic. It's a timestamp. A reminder that the standard was set four decades ago, and we've been raising it ever since.
