"The soles are aggressive which I didn't realize when ordering, my mistake. These shoes are true to size and comfortable. Doing crossfit the sole are a bit to aggressive for some movements i. e. box jumps, jump rope. But work fine for lifting and great for running. Incidentally I. like the TYR shoes well enough to order another paid of the trainers with less aggressive sole. Both pair will get plenty of use."
