"I ordered this item for my wife's birthday. Although USPS said it was delivered, it did not show up in my locked cluster mailbox or locked parcel locker. Lost! So, with very few days remaining before her birthday, I reached out to Tyr. Once they understood the problem they sent a replacement AND sent it by package delivery, not USPS.
