"The youth caps fit my smaller adult head perfectly but this cap is the all time BEST. It is snug but not tight, comfortable not so 'plastic' that you get a headache after an hour swim. Whether you buy the adult or youth size, it's the perfect dream cap. I wear 2 for my swim. One over my hair, then my goggles and then the same size cap over. Super easy to get on the 2nd cap and not have pinched ears by the end of a long swim."
