"The youth caps fit my smaller adult head perfectly but this cap is the all time BEST. It is snug but not tight, comfortable not so 'plastic' that you get a headache after an hour swim. Whether you buy the adult or youth size, it's the perfect dream cap. I wear 2 for my swim. One over my hair, then my goggles and then the same size cap over.
