"My bag arrived without a shoulder strap. I took the time to email support, they in turn asked for a picture of the bag (?) Not sure how the picture would help them understand there was NO STRAP. I never heard back after sending the picture. I put a strap from on old bag on the new one. Pretty lame customer service on a pricey item!!!"
"This duffle bag has the most useful features within a minimalist, inch by inch, design that fits perfectly in lockers and in-between rows of cardio equipment. The duffle bag material yields ample space for wet and dry cargo; drinks, swim gear, shoes, electronics, shower kit, towels, weight belt, first aid, and it all fits neatly. We have four season weather and commonly use; jackets, hoodie, windbreaker which can be secured on top of this duffle. TYR supplies top performing gear."

"Great bag with perfect amount of pockets, inside and out. Can organize personal supplies much easier than the one hole duffel that i replaced finally. The wet storage areas are great. If you forget now to unpack your wet stuff, it's isoloated. Would get 5 stars if the top opening zipper was easier to close from the fully open position. Overall, i love this bag. It looks and feels like $$ too. Very nice finishes, looks total pro."
