Men's Durafast Elite Jammer
"The Elite has a complete lining on the inside, all the way around, unlike the Durafast One, which does not. The lining is stitched in a number of places to hold it fast, and it causes the suit to feel solid, without being heavy. TYR does not make that clear on its website. It says simply ""microbial lining. "" The Durafast One has a small piece of fabric stitched into the inside front, as you would expect on any men's suit. It's a thinner suit than the Elite, more flimsy like. If you're a recreational lap swimmer like me, the Elite is the better suit. It will outlast the One. I swim three days a week for 30 minutes, all year. The Elite lasts about 10 months before it starts sagging because of lost elasticity. I rinse it in cold water after swimming and put it in the swimsuit extractor in the locker room. I never wring it; never wash it. I'm 5-9, 145 pounds, and I wear size 30 (waist) pants. The size 34 Elite fits me snugly. It surprised me that I had to go up two sizes when I initially bought this suit years ago. I tried a 32, and it was way too tight. I never tried a 30."
