How is my TYR order shipped?
All standard shipments of TYR orders are sent out through UPS. Packages are then transferred to the post office for delivery. Should you select air shipment, your item will also be sent via UPS. If you are shipping a TYR item to AK or HI the package will be sent through USPS.
When will my order ship from TYR.com?
The TYR shipping team works around the clock to guarantee that you receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is our goal to ship all orders within one business day of receipt. Once your item(s) have left the TYR warehouse, you will be emailed a shipping notification that includes all tracking information and order details.
Please note: If your order was placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the next available business day.
How do I return a product purchased on TYR.com?
We take great pride in our products and want to ensure that every customer is pleased with their order. Should you experience dissatisfaction with a TYR product, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund on any non-footwear purchase within 30 days of your original purchase date. If you wish to return footwear; all returns are required to be in their original, unworn, unused condition. Unless the product falls under our defective policy. See information below for additional detail:
- Footwear must be returned within 30 days from Purchase date.
- Footwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused along with any accessories or tags.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and packaging in their original state.
- Any footwear that does not meet the above policy could be destroyed without a refund or returned to the address on file as a COD (cash on delivery) shipment and not accepted.
