Love them

"I was gifted a pair of these shoes. I loved them so much, I ordered another pair AND ordered two pair for a friend! Why you ask? Well, they have a wider toe box, great grip on rope climbs, comfy to run in. The padding in the foot bed feels good on my Ledderhosen affected feet. I have a pair for daily wear and a pair for the gym! TYR is all I work out in now. I have the lifters, the barefoot zero drop and now the CTX!"

CXT-Flow Trainer

"Been using for about a month. Fit is good. Good shoe for lifting or low/no distance HIIT. Definitely some rub on the outer ankles early on but with the right sock and break-in time there’s improvement. Tongue rather large. At the sale price point I’d likely buy again."

Stylish, supportive, and actually gym ready

"These surprised me in the best way. Lightweight, supportive, and stable during lifts without feeling bulky. I’ve used them for strength training and light cardio and they hold up really well. They look great, but more importantly they feel secure with solid grip. No slipping around, no discomfort. Definitely recommend if you want something stylish that can keep up in the gym."

Who is the CXT-Flow?!

"My biggest complaint is that the CXT lacks a true identity. As someone who is a daily user of TYR’s CXT-2 and L-1, I find the Flow to be an awkward step cousin to the family of shoes. I originally bought the Flows looking for a shoe that functioned as a universal remote for the gym (cross fit, bodybuilding, Hyrox) that was stylish. But the shoe truly feels out of place when doing any of the activities above. Maybe it’s my size 12 feet but the shoe makes me feel like I’m a clown of some sorts. However, I am still committed and feel like I need to break them in more (I’ve only been using them for 3 weeks). Time will tell!"

Fire look and feel!

"I love these fire red shoes. They feel like walking on a structured cloud. My ankles are protected on box jumps, deadlifts and squats, yet I can run and feel amazing without any added weight."

Adrienne H. (5/5)

"These feel great and sizing was spot on, TYR definitely going to irder another pair please dont change a thing with these except maybe colors, thank you again."

Anthony (5/5)

Beware

"Gave them 2 stars because these look great but are terrible shoes for working out or walking in! Very aggressive heal and bulky shoe."

Leann M. (2/5)

Exactly what I was looking for!

"I’ve spent the past few years trying to find a shoe that was light, roomy, flat, comfortable, and perfectly fitting for my feet. I’m picky about shoes and so I was skeptical ordering these prior to trying on. But…they are exactly was I was looking for! 10/10 recommend"

Tiffany M. (5/5)

"Comfy, wide toe box, cute style. Have only worked out in yhr twice, but coaches a couple days in them and receiving a lot of compliments. Have been comfy!"

Jaclyn (5/5)

Super comfortable!

"I got these to try something different. I had the RAD but the toe box is so narrow my toes were going numb. This shoe definitely has a wider toe box. It's comfortable for high impact. . running, jumping, biking, etc. Not my favorite for squats though. Heel is a little elevated. Overall the shoe is great but it's bigger than RAD or the other TYR cross training shoes."
