"I like these ear plugs because they can be molded to fit your exact ear shape. I used to get water in my ears while swimming laps but now these keep the water out perfectly. I like that they are clear as well so you can't see that I'm wearing anything. I usually put my swim cap over my ears as well just in case one would get loose so I wouldn't loose it in the pool.
