Amaury Leveaux Sets Five World Records at European Championship

Amaury Leveaux broke the World Record in the 50m butterfly and 4x50m freestyle relay in Rijeka, Croatia. He recorded five World Records during the three-day Short Course European Championship.

Leveaux was victorious in the 50m butterfly with a new standard of 22.18. He improved his own World Record by .11 of a second. Leveaux along with French team members set a new world mark in the 4x50m freestyle relay in 1:20.77. They bettered the previous World Record by nearly two seconds.
